Private Training

Private personal training is available in my studio or in your home*. Your workouts will be varied, fun, and challenging, and build from session to session, with careful planning to give you optimal results. Consistency is vital!

  • 60 minute session: $60

Small Group Training

For more fun, affordability, and to keep your training commitments, schedule a semi-private small group session (2-4 clients/session). A workout buddy or buddies and some friendly competition provide an excellent way to keep you on track and committed to progress. Provided in my studio, your home*, or your workplace*.

  • 60 minute session with 2 participants: $45 per person
  • 60 minute session with 3-4 participants: $35 per person

* Travel fees may apply depending on your proximity to my studio facilities
