What is “balanced to the core?” It is incorporating movement and lifestyle habits for active men and women like you who want to live young at heart even though you may be chronologically aging and moving into an older demographic. In other words, “being old” does not have to mean “living old.” Consistent strength training, aerobic training, healthy joint range-of-motion, and flexibility practice support optimal overall health and wellness. When your feet hit the floor each morning, you greet the day with a strong body, a clear mind, an open heart, and an attitude that says, “Bring it on!”
